Manager, Key Account Management (KAM)

1.Fleet Management:

-Responsible for customer calls, quotes, and sales closings. Manage and oversee customer relations, pricing, and/ or fleet orders.

-Supervise all activities relating to fleet commercial sales to attain the goals regarding market share, unit sales, revenues, gross profits, expenses, and department profit as provided in the dealerships marketing and business plan.

-Manage Fleet sales activities to ensure the established fleet sales strategic plans are effectively carried out to ensure maximum customer’s satisfaction.

-Monitors and controls the effective implement of fleet sales promotion activities.

2. Fleet Development:

-Visit Fleet Customer government, enterprise, and/or CP affiliated companies all for performance to achieved target fleet sales volume.

-Development/improvement operations performance, fleet sales achievement, productivity & efficiency.

-Collect analysis and manage information regarding markets, fleet sales and related materials to make counter measure to achieve sales target.

-Give the suggestion and/or CP Foton policy to achieve fleet sales target.

-Other tasks as assigned by the management.
