Responsibilities
• Prioritize tasks and meetings to align with strategic goals.
• Ensure clear and accurate communication between the Service & Support department and other teams.
• Follow up on assignments with external stakeholders and provide status updates to the Director.
• Address initial coordination challenges and escalate significant issues to the appropriate level.
• Develop meeting materials, including operational reports and presentations and verify the accuracy and completeness of documents before submission.
• Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes and distribute meeting summaries and follow up on actionable items with relevant stakeholders..
• Prepare data and reports for presentations to management or teams and update and disseminate key information related to the Service & Support department.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Communication, or a related field.

• More than 5 years of experience in administrative roles, executive support, or project coordination.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges promptly and effectively.
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Highly responsible, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Adaptable to dynamic working environments and able to perform well under pressure.
• A team player with a positive and professional attitude.
