Sales Manager

Sales Manager will be responsible for the overall sales-related activities to lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve business goals. Main duties include formulation and development of sales forecasts, sales plans, strategies, and  activities in order to increase and maintain the number of customers and achieve or exceed sales targets. In addition, Sales Manager is responsible for analyzing market situations, identifying sales opportunities, and preparing sales reports in a timely manner.

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related fields; MBA is a plus
- At least 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales and 1-2 years in the management level
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in building and managing successful sales team with track record of consistently achieving sales targets
- Experience in planning and implementing sales goals, plan, and strategies
- Dedication to providing great customer service 
- Strong leadership, people management and communication skills 
- Demonstrate goal-oriented mindset and maturity
- Good command in English; spoken and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or equivalent
- Own a vehicle
