- Supervising the company’s monthly closing, and providing preliminary to ensure that they are accurate, reliable, and in compliance with accounting policies, standards, related tax laws and regulations, and are timely submitted.
- Ensuring statutory tax filings are done accurately with timely submission.
- Being responsible for the month-end closing process and monthly financial management accounts
- Preparing monthly analyses such as Sales and Expenses variance analysis.
- Participating in Budgeting, Forecast, and other financial analysis to support business decisions
- Reviewing and liaising statutory accounts and tax filing and returns with external service providers.
- Handling ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
- Supporting data corporate tax request VAT refund from Revenue Department.
- Submitting corporation income tax PND.50, PND.51 to Rthe revenue Department.
- Submitting Transfer pricing and disclosure forms to the Revenue Department.
- Sending Financial Statement’s to DBD by E-Filling.
- Coordinating with external Auditors, the Revenue Department, and the Bank.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance
- Experience over 10 years in relevant fields.
- Strong knowledge and skill in general accounting and taxation.
- Ability to deal with external stakeholders both revenue department and auditor.
- Superior analytical skills, and result-orientation with strong planning and analyzing skills.
- Good people management and able to supervise the team.
- Good English communication skills.
