Sales Coordinators (Garment Dept.)
Good Job Professional Recruitment (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely production and delivery of garments.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment using the SAP system.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
- Handle import/export documentation and procedures to facilitate smooth international trade operations.
- Coordinate with factories to manage production schedules and resolve any issues.
- Work effectively under high-pressure situations to meet tight deadlines.
- Estimate costs for the manufacturing process and prepare monthly sales estimates.
- Travel to factories in Bangkok and nearby provinces, if necessary.
- Any Gender, Age 24 - 35 years old.
- Bachelor Degree (BA) up.
- At least experience 1 - 2 years in Sales Coordinators of Garment.
- Experience in sales assistant or customer service roles is a plus.
- Experience with SAP and import/export operations will be considered a significant advantage.
- Experience in the garment business or production control is an advantage. Prefer garment US/Europe (Merchandising).
- English: Excellent (Proficiently fluent)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is an advantage.
