Technical Skill Development Engineer

1) Career development roadmap

• Manage the content of the training curriculum for both Engineering HQ and Innovation HQ
• Update new knowledge to constantly improve the curriculum to keep it up to date
• Carry out training plan and propose budgets for approval
• Coordinate and find educational and training institutions according to the specified topics in the training plan
• Conduct training according to the specified plan by collaborating with HRD

2) Skill Contest

• Carry out plan, criteria, and budget, then propose it for approval
• Proceed with recruiting, coordinate, with the trainer in each skill to organize internal competitions to select applicants and finalize company representatives to participate in the competition at KUBOTA.
• Coordinate with Kubota until the end of the competition

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering Education, Industrial Engineering, or any related fields
• GPAX 2.70 for Bachelor’s degree, and 3.30 for Master’s degree
• Good in English (TOEIC at least 550 is required)
• Proven experience in training coordination, especially in engineering-related fields.
• Strong understanding of engineering skills and technical competencies.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Able to work at Navanakorn Industrial Estate.
