Office Administrator – Food Import & Distribution Company
Dynasty Food Products Co., Ltd.We are a food import and distribution company specializing in high-quality food products from the UK. Our business is growing, and we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and manage invoices for customers
- Track and record company expenses
- Liaise with our external accounting team and prepare necessary financial documents on a monthly basis
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure accuracy in reporting
- Support general office administration tasks as needed

Who are we looking for?
- Male or female candidate, preferably between 21 - 40 years old
- Batchelor's Degree in any field
- Proficient in English and Thai (reading and writing)
- Proficient in MS Excel and Google Docs
- No prior experience is necessary. Recent graduates welcome to apply.
