Telesales Executive
DHL eCommerce Solutions (Thailand) Limited- Aggressively pursue and secure new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and manage customer presentations and proposals using phone calls, emails, and available social media platforms.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional cooperation, delivering high-quality service.
- Build strong client relationships to maximize account performance and growth, reduce attrition rates, and minimize opportunities for competitors to gain business.
- Execute sales activities to achieve target budgets and maximize growth within the existing customer base.
- Open to fresh graduates with a passion for sales; 1-2 years of telesales experience is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset, with a passion for selling and effective phone communication.
- Knowledge and experience in the logistics or postal industry, particularly in selling Express, EMS, and courier services, is an advantage.
