Senior Manager Sales Freight (Japanese, Chinese, Korean) speaking
LX Pantos (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Develop and implement sales strategies for air or sea freight services.
- Identify and secure new local clients while managing existing accounts.
- Prepare and present proposals and bids that meet customer requirements.
- Maintain sales performance records and manage pipelines.
- Analyze client needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Plan monthly sales cycles and ensure compliance with sales regulations.
- Control revenue and expenses to achieve financial goals.
- Regularly update sales results and forecasts.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; ability to communicate effectively with leaders and international customers.
- Proficiency in a third language (Chinese, Japanese, or Korean) is preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales freight forwarding industry.
- Strong management skills.
