- Review and develop the efficiency of business flow of the company to compete with other competitors, and make improvement, if necessary.
- To develop new business both air and sea freight including domestic service i.e. customs clearance, transportation, etc.
- Analyze market information and recommend to Management on strategies to gaining market share for business.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, including setting goals.
- Present logistics solutions and services to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and work to ensure high levels of service quality.
- Collaborate with customer to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customer.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions.
- 10 years in hand-on experiences of a logistics sales managerial or leadership role in logistics, transportation, freight forwarder, supply chain or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related filed is typically
- Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation including freight forwarding, warehousing, customs regulations and supply chain principles, processes, and best practices is MUST.
- Strong in leadership. Able to do coaching the team member and solve the problem on behalf of your team in case there's any issue happened.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, including prospecting, closing deals, and managing client relationships.
- Fluent in English business level (if can speak Korea will be advantage)
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal team members.
