หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
- หาข้อมูล ออกสำรวจ คัดเลือกร้านที่ตรงข้าม ดลุ่มเป้าหมายและภาพลักษณ์ และมีความทันสมัยอยู่เสมอ พร้อมทั้งสำรวจคู่แข่ง ห้างเปิดใหม่ และรวบรวมหลักฐานข้อมูลร้านค้าน่าสนใจมาเพื่อนำเสนอทีมงาน
- บริหารจัดการเตรียมความพร้อมพื้นที่เช่าที่รับผิดชอบและประสานงานอำนวยความสะดวกให้ร้านค้า
- เตรียมข้อมูลเพื่อเสนอขายพื้นที่เช่า โน้มน้าว จูงใจ ให้ร้านค้ามีความมั่นใจและตัดสินใจเช่าพื้นที่
- ปิดการขายพื้นที่ห้อง และหารายได้จากพื้นที่ห้องเช่าตามเป้าหมาย
- บริหารความสัมพันธ์กับผู้เช่าปัจจุบันให้มีความพึงอใจกับบริการของบริษัท รวมถึงคอยช่วยเหลือ/แก้ไขปัญหา
- ประสานงาน ดูแลการติดตามแผนงานเข้าตกแต่งร้าน และประสานกับฝ่ายอาคารในการวางแผนเงินประกันการตกแต่งจากผู้เช่า เมื่อแบบตกแต่งได้รับการอนุมัติ
วันและเวลาทำงาน : วันจันทร์-วันศุกร์ หยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์ (08.00-18.00 น.)
สถานที่ทำงาน : ถนนเอกชัย ตำบลโคกขาม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
- การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด การขาย หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการขายพื้นที่เช่า 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในการออกบูธ หรือเปิดบูธที่ห้างสรรพสินค้า 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการจัดการ / บริหารเวลาได้ดี
- มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน / มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก
- มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์ และสามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานได้
