รายละเอียดงาน
- วางแผนในการสรรหาผู้เช่าพื้นที่ตามกลยุทธ์ที่กำหนด
- สรรหาผู้เช่าพื้นที่ด้วยวิธีการต่างๆ
- เจรจาต่อรอง ปิดการขาย
- จัดทำรายงานการนำเสนอขายพื้นที่ วิเคราะห์ แก้ไข ปรับปรุงกระบวนการหาพื้นที่เช่าให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
วันและเวลาทำงาน :
ทำงาน 5 วันหยุด 2 วัน หยุดไม่ตรงเสาร์-อาทิตย์ เวลา 08.00-18.00 น.

- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการขายตั้งแต่ 1 ปีเป็นต้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจบริหารพื้นที่เช่า ศูนย์การค้า
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับพอใช้
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมด้านคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้
- สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอที่ดี
- มีทัศนคติในเชิงบวก
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว
