Qa Tester Lead
Woxa Corporation Ltd.- Design appropriate Test Plans and Test Strategies for projects.
- Analyze and review Junior, Mid-level, and Senior team members' work plans to ensure adherence to standards.
- Define comprehensive Test Cases and Test Scenarios to cover both business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with development teams and other relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee and mentor QA team members.
- Assign testing tasks based on individual expertise.
- Provide training and guidance on new tools and techniques within the QA process.
- Lead the team to ensure timely delivery of work according to the established plan.
- Conduct both manual and automated testing.
- Analyze test results and report bugs in detail.
- Perform regression testing and performance testing.
- Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Proficiency in automation testing tools such as: Selenium /Appium / JUnit / Cypress / Postman (for API Testing)
- Ability to design effective Test Cases and Test Plans for manual testing
- Experience in Performance Testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner
- Skillful in using Test Management Tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr
- Knowledge of API Testing, including REST and SOAP API Testing
- Planning: Effectively plan testing processes, aligning with project timelines and resource constraints, in collaboration with the team.
- Team Management: Allocate tasks to team members / Provide guidance and coaching
- Risk Assessment: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prioritization: Efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication: Clearly convey technical information to diverse audiences, including development teams, management, and stakeholders.
