Product Owner Team Leader

- Analyze market, competitors, and user needs to optimize product strategy.
- Plan and develop Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and prioritize features.
- Collaborate with C-suite, CTO, and business teams to define product direction.
- Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and user stories.
- Collaborate with development, UX/UI, and QA teams to ensure product development is on track.
- Utilize project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello to track progress.
- Create product requirements and functional specifications.
- Leverage user feedback and data analytics to improve products.
- Design A/B testing and define metrics to track performance.
- Present product performance to management and relevant teams.
- Coordinate with development, UX/UI, marketing, and sales teams.
- Communicate product vision to ensure team alignment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application.
- Expertise in utilizing project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms for efficient workflow management.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, sprint planning, and release management.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify user needs and pain points.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in developing and executing product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Ability to prioritize features and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams towards shared goals.
- Experience with AI/Machine Learning technologies, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Service) business models and their key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and their associated technologies.
