Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage the new automation w/h construction project by installing new robots and equipment
• Customer service and manage suppliers for a new automation warehouse construction project
• Once installing is finished, will take customer service work at site to prevent any mal-function of facilities
• Coordinating between Customer and Suppliers demand/requirement to accomplish the project on time
• Communicate with Customer, Supplier, and HQ (Korea) to keep time line and update
• Perform/Support related duties as assigned by Project Manager and CSO
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Company has ongoing project at Pattanakarn area to build a new automation warehouse
• Issue invoices to Customer and receive invoices from suppliers, and conduct payment process
• Reaching out to find new/potential Automation W/H customer
• For this position needs to work at Pattanakarn w/h
Education, English & Compute Skill, and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Education
• Bachelor, Diploma of Vocational Education or higher Degree in Logistic, Logistic Engineering Supply Chain or related fields
English & Computer Skill
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Good computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
Working Experience Requirements
• Experience in retail stock/warehouse management will be an advantage
• Any logistics field experience will be an advantage
• Any W/H construction/Maintenance experience will be an advantage
• Any experience in retail (Supermarket, Convenience store) management will be an advantage
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the policy and local standards
• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
