• Experience in TPM, preventive maintenance planning and/or maintenance execution is required.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools and working knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP is preferred.
• Experience in the planning and coordination of maintenance activities or other standard activities related to preventive maintenance planning is preferred
(eg. Experience in budgetary, technical stores management, SHE, Quality, Efficiency as well as tracking of maintenance KPI's).
• Good experience in Mechanical repair know-how, with knowledge and skills in electrical power supply equipment.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in plant maintenance.
• Manufacturing knowledge in packing process.
• Good technical basic maintenance for machines.
• Understanding for Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Spare Part Management and Maintenance Management System.
• Knowledge in GMP, HACCP and ISO 22000
• Be fluent in English language (spoken and written)
• People management for 3 years.
• Strong problem solving and decision making.
