Responsibilities
Counsel, give legal advice to other divisions (especially the member in Enterprise Business notifications and regulations issued by a state agency (e.g., NBTC, BOT, MDES) in connection with product-sale-marketing activities as well as supervise and review all legal documents such as Letters, Power of Attorney, Application Form, Terms & Conditions, Memorandum of understanding, Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreement both Thai-English to be lawful and also consistent with the company's goal, especially concerning:

(1) Telecommunication Service, 5G product, and CCII Service Data Center

(2) Special projects that the company and company with a partner have newly invented
Requirements

    - Bachelor or Master degree in Law or related fields.
    - At least 10 year experiences in draft all legal documents
    - Good command of English.
    - Examination and Interview would be in English

Over the course of 31 years of providing telecommunication infrastructure to Thai society, starting in 1990 under collaborative contract or concessionaires, AIS was granted the right to utilize state frequencies under the 25-year Built-Transfer-Operate (BTO) agreement.
