Human Resources Supervisor
YIHAI FOOD (THAILAND) CO., LTD.- Manage human resource policies, procedures, and programs to achieve desirable objectives.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes of the employee lifecycle from recruitment, hiring, onboarding, confirmation, and exit procedures.
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Managing employee benefits and compensation packages.
- Prepare and compile the annual corporate salary and wage proposal with input from the respective department heads.
- Coordinate interim performance appraisals for employees on probation.
- Manage the payroll system in compliance with the local statutory requirements.
- Prepare a monthly headcount and payroll report for distribution to relevant parties.
- Administer new employee orientation, prepare, and distribute a complete set of new employment kits to new employees.
- Oversee employee annual leave and medical leave administration and record.
- Handle company announcements for new, transferred, and promoted employees.
- Administer employee communications programs, including the annual employee opinion survey, quarterly communications program, notice board, newsletter, employee suggestion scheme, and any other employee programs.
- Plan and coordinate employee activities.
- Any assignment forms management.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR all functions.
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution, with the ability to address and resolve a wide range of HR-related issues fairly and effectively.
- Understand local and international resource issues and communicate effectively with Managers.
- Proven ability to take a hands-on approach to tasks and challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, as well as with external stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good command of speaking in English and Chinese
