Assistant HR & Admin. Manager
BBTV EQUITY CO., LTD.- Manage overall HR operation (recruitment, employee benefits, employee relations, etc.)
- Managing office administrative work.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of employees' data and complete personnel files.
- Manage Access Control System, time attendance records and leave report.
- Monitoring inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Other duties as assigned by the HR & Admin. Manager.
- Male/Female, age 35-45 years
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields
- 5 years experience in HR functions, strong administrative skills
- Excellent command in English
- Familiar with Labor Law is a plus
- Proactive, problem solving and responsible
- Computer Literacy (MS Office) is a must
Salary: 30,000-35,000
