QA Coordinator
Senko Advanced Components (Thailand) Co., Ltd.1. Follow up and respond to quality complain (NCR Report) from the customer and register in the NCR Log Sheet as NCR#YY-0XX.
2. Follow up the investigation and improvement from the supplier such as 8D Report or 5Why Report then submit to the customer.
3. Prepare and submit PPAP for both new part and part change to the customer according to the supplier's request.
4. Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve concerns and identify the root cause, implementing effective countermeasures.
5. Support data and summary report to Manager.
・Bachelor's degree in engineering of another related field
・At least 1 years of experience in related field (Welcome fresh graduated)
・Conversational high level of English (required TOEIC at least 750)
・Excellent communication skills
・Able to operate Office skill (Outlook Email, Excel VLOOKUP/Pivot table/XLOOKUP)
・Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous tasks.
・Person who is self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work effectively
