In this role, you will be responsible to manage tasks of Sales Support and execute processes related to Order entry and management, Order fulfillment, Contract management, Master data management, Territory manager support and Reporting and Analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for data preparation of KPI/ SLA and reporting of KPI/ SLA
• Build a relation with clients and sales representatives and become a point of contact for Customer/ Sales inquiries.
• Coordinate (phone/ emails) with Service technicians, Logistics teams, and Sales to ensure the right delivery, installation, and confirmation to customers for the quotation and customer contract.
• Administration of customer contracts i.e. update contracts, fixed and variable billing computation as per contact terms.
• Ensure resolution to customer requests for any queries on Quotations/Purchase Orders/ Contracts corrections.
• Archival of the right set of documents for audit and compliance purposes
• Daily monitor the assigned tasks and exceptions validations
• Manage any issues, look for solutions along with all the parties involved.
• Work with local markets to gather rights details or resolutions and manage escalations, problems, delays, inconsistencies, etc.
• Propose resolution for streamlining activities and take part in projects to implement these ideas.
• Manage the End-to-End Quotation Process: Serve as the central point of contact for the sales team, responsible for accurately entering quotations into the system as per company guidelines and SLAs, verifying the completeness and accuracy of all supporting documents and materials, and providing guidance and support to the sales team on quotation-related inquiries.
