Quantity Surveyor Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates to establish project budget.
• • Develop blank BOQ and review and establish pretender estimate cost.
• • Prepare and manage tender schedule, do tender analysis, and cost comparison report.
• • Prepare cash flow projections and financial statements to control project costs.
• • Manage team to perform contract documents, interim payment certificate, variation wort and settlement of Final account.
• • Co-ordinate with Account team and the Consultants to develop Construction and
• Real estate management platform (CM & SAP & REM).
• • Prepare detailed cost estimates to establish BOQ and pre-tender estimate.
• • Support Project manager / QS manager to manage tender schedule, do tender analysis, and cost comparison.
• • Preparing Interim payment certificate according to work done.
• • Verify and Negotiate Variation Order with the Contractor.
• • Updating cost monthly report to monitor and control project cost.
• • Upload, approve and setup a QS work in Construction Management Platform

Requirements

• Age 30-45 years
• Bachelor’s degree or higher other relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveyor Engineer
• Is eager and confident in their own capacity and enjoys challenges at work
• Has good communication and presentation skills, as well as interpersonal skills
• Can use personal vehicle for work
