-Manage and oversee the company’s presence on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and other e-commerce/social platforms.
Ensure product listings, inventory, orders, and customer data are accurate and up to date.
-Monitor system performance on various platforms, promptly identifying and resolving operational or technical issues.
-Plan, execute, and optimize promotional campaigns across all e-commerce platforms.
-Coordinate with internal teams to align promotional activities with brand positioning and maximize sales performance.
-Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, IT, customer service, etc.) to ensure business goals are met.
-Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including customers, platform representatives, and business partners, to resolve operational challenges and drive business growth.
-Stay updated with industry trends and platform policy changes to ensure compliance
- Bachelor's degree or above in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing.
- Professional certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or data analytics are a plus.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Instagram.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and customer engagement.
- Experience in social media marketing and content creation.
