Job Description (amount of time %):
1. Assist in customer enquiry online or offline regarding product and technical issues before purchase. (25%)
2. Assist in customer support during and after installation. (30%)
3. Help customer troubleshoot when facing issue. (15%)
4. Communicate with manufacturer’s technical support team in China and Thailand to get up-to-date technical support information and knowledge.(15%)
5. Participate in roadshow to explain product to potential customers of product advantages online and offline. (Once a month) (5%)
6. Participate in solar community exhibitions and seminars to get the latest product and market information. (5%)
7. Assist team with any other technical issue related to product. (5%)
Support:
1. Candidate will be sent for Solar Installation external training course.
2. Candidate will have the support of other installation experienced advisors.
