วัตถุประสงค์
1. รับผิดชอบการวางแผนพัฒนาธุรกิจในปัจจุบัน หาช่องทางการลงทุนให้ตรงกับกลยุทธ์ของหน่วยธุรกิจและบริษัท
2. พัฒนาธุรกิจตามแผนที่ได้ตั้งเป้าไว้
3. สร้างเครือข่ายทางธุรกิจ เพื่อการเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนในอนาคต
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
งานพัฒนาธุรกิจ
1. ติดตามข้อมูลข่าวสารจากภายนอก
2. ติดต่อและสร้างเครือข่ายในธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. เขียนแผนธุรกิจใหม่และความเป็นไปของโครงการ
4. สร้างทีมสำหรับธุรกิจใหม่
5. ส่งมอบธุรกิจที่สร้างขึ้นให้กับทีมขาย
การจัดการทั่วไป
1. เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของบริษัทตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
2. จัดการประสานในหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. ดำเนินการตามระบบคุณภาพ
4. อื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ สาขาการจัดการ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ความสามารถด้านความรู้
1. การมองทิศทางในอนาคต
2. เข้าใจกระบวนการพัฒนาธุรกิจ
3. รู้วิธีหาความต้องการของตลาด
4. เข้าใจการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการลงทุน
5. การเงินสำหรับธุรกิจ
6. การเขียนแผนธุรกิจ
ความสามารถด้านทักษะ / บุคลิกภาพ
1. มีทัศนคติที่เป็นบวก
2. ความคิดเชิงตรรกะ Critical Thinking
3. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ โดยเฉพาะเรื่องตัวเลข
