You daily activities include:
- Executing end-to-end talent acquisition process (sourcing, interviewing, contract negotiation, and onboarding),
- Tracking and reporting on activities and metrics (e.g., conversion rate, time-to-fill, costs per hire, etc.),
- Developing strategic and creative sourcing practices to meet business requirements and ensure quality talent acquisition,
- Building the Remobie employer brand that encompasses a strong value proposition for the targeted talent groups, and
- Performing additional activities as requested by management.
What we are looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition,
- Strategic thinker with the ability to be hands on,
- Self-starter with strong drive for results and success in long-term business goals,
- Leadership/ability to influence,
- Communication and presentation skills. Project management. Stakeholder management. Self-motivated
- Attention to detail and excellent.
- Competent in computer programs MS Office, Excel, Power-Point
