- Manage multiple Wine Pro Branches
- Lead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
- Optimizing and overseeing operations to ensure efficiency
- Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
- Maintain wine shop protocols and procedures
- Ensure continued and profitable sales growth and excellent customer service in the assigned operations, through effective management
- Insure recruitment of team members
- Insure optimum stock levels of inventory
- Train and develop sales staff
- Insure preventive maintenance of multi branches
- Insure optimal merchandising in the branches
- Ensure wine shop cleanliness and organize maintenance of the facility
- Provide timely and accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Have full working rights for Thailand
- Proven experience as area manager, store manager, assistant manager or similar managerial role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Wine or Foreign food knowledge is a plus
- Excellent presentation skills and service mind.
