- Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive digital growth and marketing strategies for offline and online content, including social media, CRM, and other related activities with seamless customer journey across all touchpoints and channels.
- Plan and control timeline, budget and expenses of each campaign.
- Manage and work closely with advertising agencies, media agency, research agencies, production houses and suppliers to ensure that all communication tools as well as budget are utilized at the maximum level.
- Develop marketing plans, advertisements, and promotions aligned with the business plans of the sales and after-sales service departments.
- Coordinate with external organizations and partners to create marketing materials and distribute marketing plans to customers.
- Manage and collaborate with partners to conduct marketing campaigns, create annual sales promotion campaigns, and launch new products.
- Analyze marketing data, provide assistance, and support in providing market information beneficial to other departments in the organization.
- Monitor competitors to understand the business landscape and use this information to guide future marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and oversee event installations (when there are events).
- Summarize operations and present to management.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related fields
- Having experiences in handling online and offline communication in in-house agency, digital/social marketing communications experience (would be advantage)
- Strong professional knowledge and understanding of social media and digital / online & offline marketing, including web analytics and digital/social measurement.
- Capable of working under pressure.
- Creative thinker, detail-oriented and deadline-focused.
- Passion in technology/up-to-date in digital trends.
- Good command in English, both speaking and writing.
