- Business Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to enhance market positioning, drive expansion, and strengthen partnerships.
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Implement sales initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and optimize sales processes to increase revenue.
- Performance & Optimization: Track KPIs, monitor financial performance, and refine incentive programs to maximize efficiency.
- Project & Risk Management: Lead cross-functional projects, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timely execution.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market shifts to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, MIS, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales Planning, Channel Strategy, Project Management, or Performance Management.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Knowledge of Hire Purchase or Financial Products is a plus.
