Basic Requirements

Full Time

Bachelor's Degree or Higher

30,000 - 60,000 baht/month

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for analyzing the causes of abnormalities on the production line and confirming improvements; confirming abnormal incoming materials and communicating with relevant departments; and formulating remedial measures; formulating temporary measures; and verifying preventive measures after abnormalities occur;

2. Analysis of monthly TOP production defective rate items, formulation of improvement measures and tracking of improvement effects, formulation and maintenance of production process flow, and confirmation of the actual process execution status of the production line;

3. Improve product process and production efficiency; DOE proposes, implements, tracks, and confirms the improvement effect;

4. Verification of process adjustments or application changes that are seriously inconsistent with the actual situation and updates of relevant process documents (SOP and PFEMA);

5. MES instruction sheet maintenance, rework process maintenance and instruction sheet maintenance, new employee training/key process machine debugging and maintenance;

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and above, More than 3 years of relevant work experience in die bond/wire bond/burn in/Testing/alignment;

Mechanical-related majors;

Be familiar with the reliability standards related to passive products, and be familiar with the process flow and equipment operation of passive related products;

Proficient in drawing software such as CAD/Solidworks and familiar with office software such as Office and PPT;

Have experience in project management;

English, Can speak Chinese preferred;
