- Review and process supplier invoices and ensure they are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Monitor and track accounts payable aging to ensure overdue payments are managed appropriately.
- Ensure all invoices are properly matched with purchase orders and delivery receipts before processing payments.
- Verify and input data for payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries regarding payments, invoices, and account balances.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures by ensuring accurate reporting of accounts payable.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounts payable or finance-related role.
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process transactions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
