•Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
•Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls and take messages or forward calls.
•Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
•Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
•Support and Manage Document .
•Keep update record for company telephone number (provided to staff).
•Meeting room reservation and deal with special requests from guests.
•Other tasks as assigned by the company
