Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

1. ดูแลการใช้งาน ERP ของพนักงาน เป็นที่ปรึกษาและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นบนระบบ ERP

2. รับปัญหาจากการใช้งาน หรือ requirement ที่เกิดจากการเปลี่ยนแปลง flow ภายใน นำไปแจ้ง Supplier ด้านนอกให้ดำเนินการแก้ไขปรับปรุง หรือพัฒนาเพิ่มเติม พร้อมทดสอบระบบและติดตามงานจนจบกระบวนการ

3. ดำเนินการควบคุม และกำหนดสิทธิ์การใช้งานระบบของพนักงานให้เป็นไปตาม flow การทำงาน

4. วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขเอกสารบนระบบ กรณีที่พนักงานดำเนินการสร้างเอกสารบนระบบผิด เช่น Account Payable, Account Receivable, Productions, Sales order, Purchase Order, Inventory เป็นต้น

5. ร่วมพัฒนาและ Training เรื่องระบบ ERP เพื่อให้การทำงานของพนักงานถูกต้องตาม Workflow และลดข้อผิดพลาดของการสร้างเอกสารต่างๆ

6. เข้าร่วมการประชุมเมื่อการใช้งานมีปัญหา เพื่อร่วมเสนอไอเดียหรือแนะนำวิธีการในมุมของ Technical ร่วมแก้ปัญหากับแผนกอื่นๆ

7. ดูแล Report Power BI และแก้ไขหากเกิดปัญหา

8. อื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Requirements

1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการทำงาน ตรงต่อเวลา มีความรับผิดชอบ มีระเบียบวินัย

3. มีทักษะการนำเสนอ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ดี

4. สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่โรงงาน (ต่างจังหวัด) ได้เป็นครั้งคราว

5. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมในการทำงานได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว เช่น Excel , Power BI

6. หากมีประสบการณ์ในการใช้ Dynamic AX 365/ทำงาน ERP Support จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
