Customer Coordinator
Allgan Co., Ltd.- Responsible for answering guests and agents questions via phone, email, and Line to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.
- Ensure that all customers receive excellent service from booking to checkout or event completion.
- Booking & Reservation Management: Collaborate with the reservations team to handle guest inquiries, booking confirmations, cancellations, and special requests.
- Event Support: Work with the operations team to assist in organizing and managing events, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the ground, and addressing any on-the-spot challenges.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align promotions with the overall marketing calendar and strategy.
- Collaborate with the finance team about accounting document (invoices, payment and etc.)
- Bachelor degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in admin, coordinator or customer services function.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (in English and local language)

- Working day: Wed - Sun
- Working Hour: 15.00 - 22.00
