- รับแจ้งและดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นของลูกค้าที่เกิดจากการใช้บริการต่างๆ ของธนาคาร พร้อมประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ติดตามพร้อมแจ้งผลการดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาและบริการให้ลูกค้าทราบ
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษทั้ง พูด อ่าน เขียน กับลูกค้าต่างชาติ ผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ ของธนาคาร
- ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดีเยี่ยม
- ประสบการณ์ตรงด้านการดูแลลูกค้า จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่!!!!
