เจ้าหน้าที่ประเมินราคา/จดจำนอง สังหาริมทรัพย์และอสังหาริมทรัพย์
Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited- ประเมินราคาที่ดิน, อาคาร/สิ่งปลูกสร้าง, ห้องชุด ของลูกค้าที่ขอสินเชื่อทุกประเภท / ปรับปรุงโครงสร้างหนี้ / ขายทอดตลาดทรัพย์ ทบทวนราคาประเมิน
- ตรวจสอบสภาพหลักประกัน ณ สถานที่ตั้งทรัพย์ สืบหาราคาตลาดและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
- สืบหาที่ตั้งทรัพย์ลูกหนี้ จัดทำรายงาน เขียนแผนที่ตั้งทรัพย์ และวิเคราะห์ราคาทรัพย์ประกันนำเสนอคณะกรรมการอนุมัติราคา
- ประมาณการราคาสิ่งปลูกสร้างตามแบบแปลนและตรวจความคืบหน้างานก่อสร้างเพื่อจ่ายเงินกู้ตามงวดงาน
- ตรวจสอบหนังสือเอกสารสิทธิและเอกสารต่างๆ ที่ใช้ในการทำนิติกรรม
- ดำเนินการยื่นขอจดทะเบียนสิทธิและจัดทำนิติกรรมจำนองอสังหาริมทรัพย์ทุกประเภทตามวงเงินที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้าและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขานิติศาสตร์ วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ และสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านการประเมินทรัพย์สิน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้า
- ผู้สมัครชายต้องผ่านสถานะทางทหารแล้ว
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
