HRIS Manager
Business Edge Personnel Services Recruitment Limited- Compensation and Benefits Administration: Oversee the entire compensation and benefits cycle, including salary administration, performance-based pay, incentive programs, and benefits enrollment.
- HRIS Management: Manage and maintain HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze compensation data to identify trends, assess pay equity, and inform strategic decisions.
- Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and mitigate risks associated with compensation and benefits practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HRBPs, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7-9 years of experience in compensation and benefits
- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
