Responsibilities

Analyze historical data, market trends, and sales input to create accurate demand forecasts.
Align demand plans with business goals by collaborating with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.
Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust for market changes or customer behavior shifts.
Prepare reports and dashboards to support decisions and highlight risks or opportunities.
Participate in S&OP processes to synchronize demand and supply strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or similar roles.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar software.
Familiarity with demand planning software such as SAP APO or Oracle Demantra is a plus.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in handling multiple priorities.
Preferred: FMCG, retail, or manufacturing experience; S&OP knowledge; Supply Chain certification; TOEIC 650+ in English (if applicable).
