- Support GMC members in scheduling Cluster Business Reviews for various sectors.
- Organize key customer appointments and meetings, including overseas travel coordination.
- Prepare quarterly statistics, sales figures, SPIs, customer visit reports, and progress updates.
- Manage the Director’s calendar, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely reminders.
- Arrange overseas travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and support for foreign delegates in Thailand.
- Handle administrative tasks to maintain a productive and smooth office workflow.
- Follow up on inquiries and tasks from internal and external parties to ensure timely completion.
- Draft and process company letters requiring the Director’s endorsement.
- Uphold and promote company values by setting a strong example.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Humanities/Arts or related fields.
- 4-5 years’ experience at an executive level.
- Experience in Visa, Work Permit, Administration, HR, and Purchasing will be given special consideration.
- Qualification in secretarial practice.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and a fast learner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with wide variety of stakeholders.
