Bachelor’s degree in HRM, HRD, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Training.
Proficient in Competency-Based Interview Techniques.
Experience in handling employee disciplinary actions.
Familiarity with employee engagement activities in a multinational environment.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Positive attitude with a proactive and analytical mindset.
Strong service orientation, problem-solving skills, flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure.
