Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Technology Leadership:
- Develop and execute the organization's technology strategy, aligning it with overall business goals.
- Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance product offerings and create competitive advantages.
- Communicate technology strategy effectively to stakeholders, including the board, management, partners, and investors.
Technology Architecture and Infrastructure:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust and scalable technology architectures.
- Ensure system infrastructure and software development meet functionality and efficiency standards.
- Implement and maintain large-scale systems.
Operational Excellence and Risk Management:
- Manage IT budgets, monitor KPIs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Establish and maintain service levels and ensure operational excellence.
- Develop and implement data protection, quality assurance, and IT security processes.
- Create/enhance risk management strategy, policies, processes, and controls to mitigate organization exposure.
- Establish and maintain effective governance for IT controls.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor IT engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Operations) to deliver new products and enhancements.
- Organizational design and succession planning within IT.
Innovation and Improvement:
- Research and evaluate new technologies to enhance the company's competitive position.
- Utilize web analytics and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Evaluate current processes and identify logical opportunities to enhance the current approach and recommend future improvements.
- Define and execute forward-looking plans to develop relevant new technology skills and capabilities.
- Proven experience as an IT Management Levelor in a similar senior technology leadership role (10+ years).
- Strong background in software development, IT Security, IT infrastructure and Rick management.
- Proven international growth and strategy experience- background with expansion and management teams and vendors.
- In-depth knowledge of technological trends and their application to business strategy.
- Ability to conduct thorough technological analyses and research.
- Understanding of budgets, business planning, and financial management.
- Ability to align technology initiatives with business goals and profitability.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Ability to communicate a clear vision and priorities.
