OVERVIEW
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Cost Controller to join our Kingspan’s Finance team
based in Ayutthaya, Thailand. Play an active role in the local finance team and provide the
necessary manufacturing and financial information to help the company achieve its objectives.
You operate within Kingspan Group Accounting Manual at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Work within Kingspan Group Accounting Policies
• Work with Group Internal Audit and ensure that all management points are actioned and
followed up to agreed deadlines.
• Monitor production cost, liaise with Operations for any price updates on a quarterly basis.
• Monitor the order book and the sales gross margin, provide assistance with material
recosting.
• Monitor company’s expenditures – analyze deviation versus budget/forecast.
• Keep close monitor of stock levels and planned purchases against forecast.
• Monitor and control the stock ageing, ensure all stock/raw materials are accurately
costed.
• Prepare the Controlling month end closing.
• Prepare the management reporting package according to the group and company’s
calendar, provides support in preparing the annual budget of the company.
• Manage fixed assets.
• Review monthly variances to budget spend.
• Improve product/customer margin analysis highlighting the highest and lowest margin
projects each month.
• FX/Exchange Rate Analysis, monitor exchange rates movements, highlighting any risks,
include likely impact of FX differences and revaluations in monthly forecasts.
• Make sure large capital purchases have FX cover as appropriate.
• Any other reasonable tasks associated with the role.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor ́s degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, professional certificate
• Experience working as cost controller or similar position is an advantage
• Fluent in English spoken and written,
• Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data,
• Oracle NetSuite knowledge is an advantage,
• Very good understanding of product pricing, business cost control and proficiency in
developing budgets and forecasts,
• Multitasking, work in a fast-paced environment,
• Have a high-level attention to detail,
• Good analytics and reporting skills,
• Able to generate budgets and reports,
• Knowledge of MS-Office at advanced level.
