Responsibilities

This role is to accelerate the growth of unique and high-quality Blackbird’s wines in the F&B industry in Ko Samui.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Generate new sales leads & promotions with restaurants, hotels, and bars

•⁠ ⁠Set-up wine tastings with potential customers

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate wine deliveries with customers, including after-sales service

•⁠ ⁠Liaise with wholesale customers to ensure timely collections

•⁠ ⁠Customer relationship management

•⁠ ⁠Attend wine events for networking and potential partnerships / support with event-set-up

•⁠ ⁠Liaise with Sales/Admin/Operations counterparts of Blackbird in Bangkok for orders and delivers

•⁠ ⁠Support other ad-hoc assignments by the management

Compensation:

• Base Salary: Competitive base salary based on experience and qualifications.

• Commission: Very attractive commission structure based on sales performance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate

•⁠ ⁠is a dynamic, motivated salesperson with a high degree of self-initiative and drive with a hands-on approach and high flexibility for multi-tasking.

•⁠ ⁠has the ability to identify sales opportunities in the wholesales F&B market (HORECA).

•⁠ ⁠(preferably) is well connected in the F&B industry in Ko Samui.

•⁠ ⁠(preferably) possesses a solid understanding of wines

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year work experience in F&B industry, preferably wine industry

• Advanced sales skills & existing network in F&B industry in Ko Samui is a plus

Knowledge of winemaking and wine industry in general

Solid Admin & MS office skills are required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Thai

Own a vehicle with a valid driving license
