Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support: Assist the sales manager in handling daily sales tasks, including order management, customer follow-ups, and contract drafting. Maintain and organize sales-related documents, including contracts, customer records, and quotations, ensuring security and traceability.
2. Customer Management: Maintain customer relationships, conduct regular follow-ups, collect customer needs, and assist in developing sales strategies.
3. Market Research: Gather industry and market information, analyze competitor data, and provide insights to support sales strategies.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting: Organize sales data, create reports, analyze sales trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for decision-making.
5. Coordination & Communication: Act as a liaison between departments such as procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth sales operations.
6. Other Tasks: Assist the sales manager in handling ad-hoc tasks as required.
