Guardian Industries Nong Khae Co.,Ltd.- Supervise/coordinate production efforts that drive improvement in all associated work processes affected EHS, compliance, reliability, quality, production, and costs.
- Facilitate team development and growth, employee skill development, problem-solving and resolution.
- Drive safety excellence through promoting employee involvement, ownership, and accountability to proactively eliminate hazards.
- Monitor product quality and provide direction to crew members to maximize efficiency.
- Assist with troubleshooting and solving production issues.
- Establish good relationship among teams.
Our shift schedules are as follows:
- 08.00 - 16.00: work 6 days with 1 day off
- 16.00 - 24.00: work 6 days with 2 day off
- 24.00 - 08.00: work 6 days with 3 day off
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
- At least 3-5 years in any experience in management role or supervision experience in heavy industry will be an advantage.
- Background as Production Engineer, Process Engineer, Production Supervisor is preferred.
- Can communicate in English
- Energetic, displays leadership, decision making, strategic thinking, self-motivated, able to work independently, good analytical skills and eager to change and improve.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast paced and changing working environment.
- Must have a positive can-do attitude and self-learning.
