- Inspect Outgoing Products: Conduct routine and detailed inspections of finished products to verify they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Apply Sampling Techniques: Perform sampling and testing regularly according to established procedures to evaluate product quality.
- Follow Inspection Guidelines: Strictly adhere to predefined inspection plans to ensure consistency and accuracy in quality checks.
- Support Quality Audits: Assist in routine internal and external audits by providing documentation and addressing compliance requirements.
- Document Quality Data: Maintain organized and accurate records of inspection results, reporting recurring issues and collaborating on resolutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in quality assurance (1–3 years) is preferred; open to fresh graduates eager to perform in a routine-oriented role.
- English proficiency at an intermediate level; A TOEIC score of 600+ is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with acceptance sampling techniques and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
- Knowledge of QC 7 tools and related quality control practices.
- Experience with VBA or Macro programming is considered beneficial.
- Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineering and manufacturing, to identify and resolve recurring quality issues.
