- Server infrastructure management.
- Troubleshooting server problems, and maintaining and server operations.
- Network configuration Switch, Router, VLan, IP, DNS.
- Anti-Virus Management: keep updating Anti-virus Pattern and Agent.
- Service Desk Support.
- Establish a good working relationship with end users and other functions.
- Application development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Computer or related fields.
- 3-7 years experience in system & network or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Knowledgeable about VMware, Microsoft, Network Cisco, Programming Language [C#, Java, .NET ASP, NET], and Database Server [Access, SQL, Oracle].
- Good customer service mind and customer relationship creation.
- Good command of English is an advantage (TOEIC Score 550+ is a plus).
