- Overseeing daily operations of the business
- Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and cost control to optimize profitability
- Setting goals and objectives for growth
- Review and improve business processes for increased productivity and workflow
- Supervising and guiding other Managers and staff
- Analyzing emerging situations (identifying the problems), and solving problems
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
- Developing new business opportunities
- Maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction
- Additional duties as assigned or deemed necessary for effective business operations
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or a related field
- GM experience or in a similar management role for more than 10 years
- Proficiency in English is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare products, services, and market dynamics.
- Knowledge of fundamental business functions like marketing, sales, finance/budgeting, and HR.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining operations, products, etc.
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively
- Fuel/transportation fees
