Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. 
• Overseeing the marketing team and collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives.
• Conceptualizing, planning, and executing successful marketing events, both virtual and in-person, to create impactful brand experiences and foster strong customer relationships.
• Leveraging digital marketing channels to optimize online presence, including website management, social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement.
• Managing budgets and allocating resources efficiently to achieve marketing goals for events and online campaigns.
• Implementing digital marketing strategies and leveraging various channels to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of marketing campaigns and events, utilizing data-driven insights to make data-backed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors, as well as collaborating with influencers and industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or other relevant field
• Male/female, age preferably 35-50 years
• Experienced in healthcare and/or hospitality industries is preferrable
• At least 7 years of experience in marketing and communication, public relations, creating brand image, event organizing
• Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
• Is creative with a good personality
• High proficiency in graphic design software
• Able to communicate well in English
