- Manage sales, expenses, and study new technologies, knowledge, market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to apply in sales planning and achieve set goals and targets
- Oversee inventory management to ensure constant stock turnover, preventing outdated or overstocked items, and control product ordering to align with sales plans
- Supervise operations within the store, sales areas, and safety standards to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and prevent property damage
- Manage personnel, monitor, and ensure that employees follow company policies and complete tasks within the designated timeframes efficiently
- Education Level: Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience: 2 years or more
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, with a passion for sales and customer service
- Preference will be given to candidates with management experience
